Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information collected when you use the repair-request form, how the information is stored and used, and the choices available to you.
Information the request form collects
The form collects your name, city, contact preference, at least one contact method (email address or phone number), the garage-door issue category, and any issue details or general weekday availability you choose to provide. It also records the submission time, the source page, an internal request identifier, request status, and the version of the privacy notice accepted.
The form does not ask for a full property address, payment information, garage access codes, government identifiers, or account passwords. Please do not add those details to free-text fields.
Network and technical data
Cloudflare processes ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site, which may include network address, browser information, and security signals. For basic rate limiting, the site converts the connecting network address into a cryptographic hash using a secret key. The raw network address is not included in the stored repair request.
The rate-limit record contains only the hash, a time window, a request count, and an expiration time. Expired rate-limit records are deleted during later form activity. The current site does not run advertising trackers or audience analytics.
How information is used
Request data is used to review the garage-door repair request, check Phoenix metro location fit, discuss provider and service details, support scheduling decisions, maintain request records, respond to privacy questions, and protect the form from misuse. Submission does not guarantee that service will be available or scheduled.
Storage and service providers
The site and its request database are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Valid form submissions are stored in the restricted request database. Access is limited to people responsible for reviewing requests through restricted Cloudflare account access.
Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure provider and processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments. Data may be processed in locations where Cloudflare operates.
When request information may be shared
Request information may be shared with a prospective garage-door service provider only as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, confirm provider and service details, or arrange an appointment you choose to accept. Provider identity and contact details are confirmed before scheduling.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or maintain the security of the site. Request information is not used for unrelated advertising and is not offered for sale through this site.
Retention
Valid requests remain in the restricted request database until an authorized account user deletes them. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for request records. Data should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and protect the site. Short-lived rate-limit records expire separately and are removed opportunistically.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a prior submission when no direct contact channel is available, submit a new form using the same contact method, select “Not sure yet,” and state that the message is a privacy request. Include only enough information to locate the earlier request.
A deletion request may be limited when information must be retained for security, legal, dispute, or recordkeeping reasons.
Security
The form uses server-side validation, same-origin checks, a honeypot, request-size limits, rate limiting, restrictive response headers, and database access controls. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not submit sensitive information that the form does not request.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when the form, storage, service-provider process, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
Privacy questions
The request form is the current site contact channel. Use it for a privacy question and clearly label the issue description “Privacy request.” The site does not currently publish a phone number, email address, or street address.
